Im on H1-visa working as an engineer.

Im getting married next month in India and bring my wife here along with me on H4 visa.

She has worked as a biomedical engineer for a year til Feb-08. Since then, she is at home helping family.

What do I show her Present Occupation on DS-156 (Q.21) ?

If I show her as a home maker, does it make any difference ?

what would be ideal to write on DS-156 ?

Also on DS-157 is it advisable to show the "Specific Travel Arrangements (Q.18) has been made or not" ?
because I have already booked the tickets and She will accompany me on return.
