transfer fees

Hey guys… I applied for H1b visa in April 1st, with employer A, I got my receipt no. and I am still pending.
I got a better offer from employer B, so I am planning to transfer my H1B( after I will get the approval notice) to employer B, before October 1st.
Do you know how much it cost? How much employer B has to pay for this transfer? How much, usually, a lawyer charge to fill a transfer?

It should not cost anything to you if the employer is a good employer. Otherwise, the fees for H1b remain the same for a new H1b as well as a transfer.
