EAD expires before I get my H!

Hi,

I am currently working on my EAD and its due to expire before my H1 comes in. Is there any way I can extend my EAD or speed up the process for my H1? On what grounds would the INS extend the EAD?

Any info will be welcome.

If you have filed for H1 before your EAD expires, you should be fine. You would be in status and can work.
