I have the new renew expire in 2011 i have cuple ask ?

Can i renew my visa H1B for stamp in other embassy USA is not my country original?

Can i enter in USA with Visa B1/B2 and stay in 2 year with my document approbe of Visa H1B because my country is dangerous and I wan't travel ovethere
