  • Question on Premium Processing

I heard that, those who have filed under premium processing can start entering US by July 30th as against normal processing, who can enter US by 1st Oct (Sept last week also)

I searched the forum https://www.immihelp.com/us-visa-or-...um-processing/ and also googled it. No where I can find any such thing.

Is it true that Premium Processed H1b guys can start working / entering US by July 30th?

    Thanks.

No. Rlues are the same for PP and non PP as to the start date.

Where did you hear it? FOX news?

      hmmm,

Then what is the use of premium processing. If every one starts on Oct 1st, Why is the need for PP?

Just to shoot up the inbetween processes? Sounds weird. Why will the employers choose PP, if he is anyway sure, that he cannot get the employee before Oct 1st.

Just to ensure that they are getting a resource on a project or look at other contingencies for the resource if the H1b case fails.

No early entry dates for any sort of H1 that is from the new cap. PP applies to all H1b cases, not just new cases.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
