Hi

Is it possible to get H1 with Diploma (Electronics)
and four year experience in India ?. If not, Do one
need to go through some internship or course in US ?.Any other alternative suggestion is welcome.

well. u need a degree(4 year)-equivalent to that of US,tht being the minimum criteria to apply for H1..

... but I think you get 1 years equivalent of educational degree for every two years of work experience.

For this you need to get your educational credentials evaluated to match with your work experience.

It's 3 yrs experience in the fleid that can be counted for each missing year.
