    Hello, everybody!

By reading prior threads related to this topic I am understanding that there is no way to actually know if our lawyers ever submitted our applications. That would mean we don't know if it was a scam or that we were truly unlucky.

I, for one, haven't received any letters or notification from the USCIS. I know that in case of rejection they send back all the paperwork submitted.

To this day I haven't received anything. That;s why I started doubting that anything was ever submitted for me.

Still, is there a way to inquire upon this issue with USCIS?

It is the employer's petition and no information will be revealed to you, the beneficiary. USCIS takes a while to return all not selected petitions back to the lawyer/employer.

And yes, shady employers that collect money for H1b filing could scam you.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
