Yes ..my employer said he recieved approval notice..

and does he require to recieve any documents from USCIS?

he says he can send documents only by july.

I have also got the APPROVAL dated 16th June 2008 , therefore, can you inform me as to in how many days my employer/Attorney should get the original I 797. Imagine...how many days did ur approval notice took to reach ur employer

Emplyr gave me lin num.on apr27th from that day status was "CASE RECIEVED AND PENDING". on MAy1st i started seeing "APPROVAL NOTICE SENT" on may 10 or so my emplyr said he recieved some docs and waiting for his lawyer to respond.

last week i asked for updates he said he's gonna send all reqd docs so...
