Moved from Comp A to B without coming to USA. How can I use my HIB with Comp A now?

Hi,

My petition was filed last year (April 2007) (say Comp A) and I got my H1B visa stamped in Aug 2007.

But in Oct 2007, I moved to Comp B. Earlier they had agreed to transfer my Visa.

Now they are saying that this is not possible.
I am now neither here nor there.

How can I use my H1B from my previous employer?

Please advise.

Unless A has revoked the petition, it is still valid and there is no special process to use it. It is the normal process. Just get a new offer letter saying that the job is still available, carry company A's documents and I797. Simple as that.
