I am going for H4 visa in the first week of July. I wanted to know, in case i get a reject, how long should i wait for my next trial for H4 visa? Experienced ppl, pls let me know ASAP.

Why will H4 get rejected? Rarely happens if the H1b docs are fishy.

You can aplly the next time you have a slot open. No wait time as such as it is a dual intent visa.

Folks on H visa can intend to remain in the US and become permanent residents etc while people applying for F1/B1 are to prove non-immigrant intent failing which results in 214b rejections. In such case, the people applying again need to prove something has changed substantially in their ties to home country before they can apply again.
