Once H1B stamping done for the F.Y 2009, what is the permissable maximum period for entry in USA with H1B?

Is there any deadline to enter ?

And if anybody enters after 9 months or 12 months from 1st Oct 2008, any special documentation is required?

Please guide me in this.

----- There is no deadline to enter USA on H1. However, if you are entering after 9 or 12 months carry a letter from your employer to say that your employment is still valid and your position is still vacant for you to join. Also have genuine reason to enter US after this period of time at the POE
