No tax paper/wage report new petitioner

Hi My H1b interview is on july 2nd 2008..
my petitioner is a new one..it has been mentioned in the i-797
he doesnt have tax paper nor wage report ..
NO of employeess==??
when asked by the VO he asked me to say the same thing new petitoner so started operation by 2007 ..
I have already been to US on B1 this feb and march ..
will the VO convinced or will it be rejected.. please guide me
i am confident Right now i work for MNC in bangalore ....now

My petitoner says it is client project and i should answer the location of the work is yet to be deicde by the company...

He jus gave me the following documents

1)company Offer letter
2)offer of employment
3)I-797 B
4)I-129
5)supp I-129
6)LCA
7)consulting agreement with client
8)PROJECT design document

hahah i think i need some luck or miracle to get my h1b done ..
