H1/H4 transfer

I have h1b valid until 2010 for my current employer. recently my wife got h4 visa stamped as my dependent. Now I am planning to move to another employer and need to transfer my h1b.
My question is, do we have to apply for new h4 for my wife? or the i-94 on her passport that is valid until 2010 work just fine even if i change the company?

H4 is not dependent on H1b company. So you are fine.
