Stamping H1 on passport

I came to US on a student visa which has now expired. I got OPT and then an H1 approval. I am planning to go to my home country. Do you foresee any trouble in getting the H1 stamped in my home country. I have heard that there could be problems relating to my intent when I came on F1 visa??
