Hi I completed masters and currently on OPT. My H1 application was not picked in a lottery system and I can extend OPT till 17 months more. Can I file for Labor certification? any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks....What does my employer needs to show for filling labor certification...My opt is valid upto feb 09 and i can extend it upto more 17 months....How much time does it take normally for approval?.Comment

For a labor, your status does NOT matter, your qualifications and the job requirements/experience requirements matter the most. Employer/lawyer will take care of what is needed.
