H1 Approval / Considered for process

I came to know through my employer that the cheques attached to my H1B petition for the year FY 2009 got presented by USCIS in the bank. I have got this news almost 17 days back. With this info, we are under the impression that my application got selected in randum.

Normally when can v expect the official intimation from USCIS for this type of acceptance?

Congrats for the randum selection !

Since your case is regular processing, it might take 2-6 months. The employer should have gotten a receipt notice (I-797C) by now. Check with them.
