OPT and H1B

A Desi consulting company applied for my H1b and my case got approved.
Currently I am on OPT. What will happen if I resign from the company before H1b starts i.e before OCT?

Will my OPT be valid?

OPT will be valid until Sep 30th. You lose your status on Oct 1st unless a new H1b is approved for some other company (aka Transfer)

Your status changes to H1 on Oct 1st. Going back to school and continuing the school after Oct 1st will put you out of status.

Is there any way to continue F1 status and revoke H1b ..

I just checked my case status online and found out that my H1b case is still in pending status.

So what will happen if I resign from the company.Also How can I notify uscis thst I have quit the company.

USCIS takes a while to act on a revoke request. In the meanwhile, if the H1b gets approved you lose F1 status and when the H1b gets revoked, you become illegal. You could study while working on H1b. That is an option for you.
