Am I out of Status??

I working for a big IT firm from India. I have been in US on a deputation for 1 year now and have to leave back to India as my project is over.

So the period where in I will not be in US until I come for the next time, Will I be out of Status in that period?

When you are out of the U.S., no status issues.
