H1B delay. Plz respond
Hi All
I had appeared for H1B interview in London Consulate last year. Visa Officer took copy of original Degree certificate(studied in UK) & gave me 221 g for AAP. Month later they asked to send company documents by fax which i did. Now there has been no response from them untill now. When i write them email, they say its still pending with officer. I doubt if they have sent case back to uscis or its still with london consulate. Can any1 help me understanding the situation.
I'll appreciate any experienced & other guys who been thrh same situation to come forward & send me ur comments
