Misspelled company name in H-1B petition

My friend is going for the H-1B visa and found
out that the petition has misspelled company name.
Ex. TRK... instead of TEK...

But the company cover letter, says that INS has
made a mistake in spelling the COMPANY name and
please consider the right name.

My question is, is it okay to go for the VISA
with a mis-spelled letter of the company ?
Will it cause any problems or concerns at the
consulate ? If yes, do we have contact INS to
reissue the petition with correct spelling ?
