H1B transfer - are credentials reevaluated?

Are the educational qualification reevaluated during H1 transfer. Is it possible that H1 may be rejected or cancelled during transfer coz of the reevaluation?

Yes, you have to submit education credentials for H1 transfer.

If you got the H1 first time, why do you think there would be some problem the second time ?
