I want to work in USA, i have 7 years of experience (non IT) in India and have been to USA & UK (on tourist visa) ... pls suggest how to find someone who can sponsor my H1B

Google for H1b employers or sponsors and research/contact companies that you feel are good. Also job boards. Non IT jobs are available but tough to find H1b sponsors as most of the companies are genuine unlike mom and pop IT shops in every major city run by a crook.
