H1 Transfer

Hi Friends,
Here is my scenario.
1. I am working for Company "A"
2. I have transferred my H1 to company "B" (Not a desi company)
3. My H1 transfer got approved with company "B" (Company B has been waiting for me for last 3 months)
4. Now i want to continue with company "A" (I believe here i dont have any issue) - Your suggestions would be helpful
5. There is a vendor for getting me into perm position with company "B"
6. I have sent an email to Vendor saying that i would not be able to join company "B", Here i have mentioned that "I know you put lot of time on me and i am ready to pay for it" Is there any possibility of him to approach legally as mention i will pay for him?

That is their job if they are a head hunter and why you agreed to pay for it is your problem. They could ask for any damages as you have agreed for it.

Thanks for the reply.

1. I sent email to Vendor not to client
2. I have not mentioned that i will pay amount to particular damage
3. I have not requested for premium process, only damage they think of is time vendor put on.

What would be the possible implilcations?

Whether it will prevail in court or not - Depends.
