  • H1 Revalidation

    Hello,

    - I entered the US to work for company A in '98 and my visa was valid upto January 2000 (only one stamped on my passport).

    - I quit company A in October '99 and did not get my passport stamped
    - I quit company B in June '00 and joined company C.

Now i wish to have my visa revalidated. Do i have to send in the approval notice of company B too as the INS might see that my I-94 in my passport is valid upto Jan 2000 and the I-94 of company C is valid from May 2000. Hope you understand my question.
    Please reply asap.
    Thanks,

Send the approval from company B also so they don't get confused about your status.

Also write clearly in your cover letter that you want to revalidate for comapny C and NOT company B.
