Confused about H1B question?

Hi All,

My mom and dad are green card holder and living in CA, USA since 2003. I have H1B Interview soon.

If consulate officer ask me about my Family status than I am going to say that they are in USA. But How can I guarantee that I will back India after expiry of my H1B?, please tell me what should I say in reply?

Do you have any good answer for this question? If you have than I will appreciate deeply. Please Reply.

H1b holders need not provide such ties to home country. Only visitors, students etc have to.

H1b allows dual intent to settle in the US. That question isn't worth the worry.
