H1 visa 2008

Hi,

I have applied for H1 in this year quota and got to know from employer that it got through the lottery. However, now there is a query on it.. at this stage do i get LIN number for tracking or will it be issued after the query is resolved.

What are the chances of getting h1 at this pont?

You get a receipt number once the application got picked. That is the very first stage where a tracking number is assigned.
