H4 Visa

Greetings!

My wife now is currently working in US and I am currently working in Singapore, but my hometown is in Philippines. We plan to get a civil marriage in US.

To apply for H4 visa, can I do this while I'm in US? if not, can I apply in Singapore instead?

Please advise.

H4 Visa Inquiry

If you are in the US, you can apply for change of status to H4. But if you travel in future, you would need H4 visa stamp before you can enter back to the US.
