  • Very Difficult H1B Question

please listen to my whole story.

My H1B got approved last month. I will get the stamping done in December'08. I want to work in US for an year, i.e till Dec'09. Then I want to resign my job and go to Europe and study for 14 months ( till Feb'2011). Soon after I complete my studies I want to find a job in US. Will my present H1B VISA still be valid after Feb'2011.

    Listen.

This is not a difficult question at all. I can answer this question in my sleep.

You will be able to use the H1 for the remainder time. This H1 will not be subject to cap and your employer can apply any time. Cap-exempt.

Search with "Remainder" on this forum.
    Check out H1 FAQs first!

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
