H1 transfer to company B, but continue working for Company A,after receving aproval

hi,

I have 2 queris.

I came here on H1 via company A and applied transfer to company B.

1.Can I continue working for company A even after getting the tranfer aproval for Company B(which i decided not to join for another six months.).Can I Join company B after 6 months?

2.Mean time if i get a better offer from Company C, can I apply for transfer and Join company C?

Please advice.

my visa is valid till dec 2010..but issued in the name of company A. While working for Company B,Can i go to india before 2010 and come back without re-stamping?
