H1B filed in India and appointment in Netherlands

I got approval notice sent for my H1B application. I filed it when I was in India, now I moved to Netherlands but still want to go on H1B. Is it possible for me to take visa appointment in Netherlands?

You can take. sometimes they might ask you to come to india for doing the stamping. its case to case basis...

you can take visa appointment at netherland even at your current residence whatever the country doesn't matter.
