H1-B stamping

Hello Friends,

I changed job and had to transfer my H1-B. I just got approval notice that the petition is approved. I urgently have to go to Germany for meeting. Would it be an issue to have H1-B stamped from Germany? I know earlier it was okay to have it stamped from anywhere. I am not sure about the process now. Reply would be appreciated.

It depends on if the consulate there processes H1bs for third country nationals. If it does, you can.
