H4 Renewal Procedure

I'm going to apply for my H1 renewal and i would like to know if there is any specific procedure for H4 renewal for my wife?

Should i apply for her at the same time when i'm applying for my renewal

OR

Should i wait till i get mine approved and then only i can get her's renewed.

Is there any specific forms for applying for H4 renewal similar to I129 for H1?

I539 for H4. Apply along with H1b.
