H4 visa - I-94 does not mention the Admitted Until date

Hi There!
My wife and son traveled recently to US through Newark airport on H4 visa. There, the immigration officer did not put a "Admitted until" date on their I-94 stub.
Is it an anomaly? Can it lead to any possible problems in their stay here?
If I want it to get correctly, how can I do it?
This was my wife's first visit to US so she did not know what to verify and how.

Any information and/or advice is welcome!

Go back to the nearest CBP office and they will correct it and look at the date in their system.
