    Need suggestion

    Hello Experts,

    I am planning to visit USA using my visitor visa. Recently I attended my H1 visa interview (H1 2009) in India and got 221g. I am yet to submit the employer's documents to the consulate.

    What are the possibilities of me traveling to US using B2 visa while my H1 stamping is pending? Will there be issues at poe regarding my travel? I had already been to US couple of times on B1 and stayed there for 90 days during each trip and left US without any overstay.

        No issues with travel. Just carry proof of your return tickets.
