I have a H1B visa from Employer A which is stamped and is valid till end of 2010 and recently I have moved to a Employer B. My passport has Employer A name on the visa and not Employer B. In December, I will be travelling to India to get married and bring my wife on H4.

1)Do I need to go for stamping again to include my new EmployerB on the visa?

    2) While applying for my wifes H4, will my I-797,Offerletter, payslips from Employer B be good enough for her to get the stamping done?

3)My visa is valid till end of 2010 with Employer A (with old emplyer name on it) but Employer A had cancelled the H1. Now my new Employer B is holding the current H1 " so I hope the documents from Employer B work....right?

    Any help will be appreciated

      1. You might need to get your visa stamped again if employerA withdrwas your H1b petition. I was told by my company's attorney that if the previous petition is withdrawn, I have to get my visa stamped again
