Traveling before a month of H1b Expiry

Hello Experts,

My h1b valid until Oct 1st 2008 and I am taveling on 11th Aug and Coming back on Sep 2nd.

Q1: Will I have problem while entering into US?
Q2: Do I need to carry any kind of document from my employer?

Not at all ...

... you'll be fine. Still as a backup keep a letter from your employer with you.

Also, try to keep a latest utility bill, bank statement etc. with you. These will not be required, but in case there's any possible doubt these will add to the subject matter.
