u can enter anytime before expiration date stated on the visa......it is between u and ur employer as to when they want u to start work.

Generally our indians friends never wait after getting the USA Visa stamp but, time limit is written on your petition Approval notice (I-797B) valid from start date to End date ,
yes, it's true there is no time limits but if you not Enter into USA within 3 to 6months then you have to give valid answer at POE. best luck,
