Presently on OPT - H1 Approved Want to change employer

Hi friends,

I am on OPT status form Jan 2008 to Jan 2009. I applied for H1 through a consulting firm on Apr 2008 and it's approved (I don't have any documents related H1). I don't have pay stubs. I guess my OPT starts from Oct 2008.

My questions is

1. Can i have a different employers in OPT and H1?
2. If i can have different employer in OPT, with those pay stubs can i change my H1.

Please help me...

2. Paystubs are needed only once you enter H1b status. Above link should answer.
