H-1 approved and need to be transfered to new employer

Hi,
I finished my MS in dec-07 and right now I am in OPT and is valid till jan-09. I filed H-1 from a software consulting company this April and got approved. Now I have an offer from other employer. Can I get my H-1 transfered on to the new employer before going for stamping? please tell me the process........I dont have any pay stubs from the previous employer.
