    L1 and H1

    Hi,

    I am working for L1 since 2 months. My H1B got approved without CAS. I need to go to India on December, when I am back I need to work for L1 until my employeer (who has applied H1B visa) shows job to me. Is this possible? and when I need to do H1B stamping after I get a job with Company B(H1 B Visa)?

    Please Advice.
