H1B Transfer Help

I am working for company A and i am on OPT. My H1B is approved with company A, H1b is effective on 1/10. I want to transfer h1 from company A to company B before effective date of h1, can i do it?
Secondly, can i again go on opt and start working for company B on my opt and apply for h1b next year.
Pls help me with this, very urgent!!!

Why you need to apply for second time h1B? If you have approved H1B you can use it for 6 yrs. use remainder option to come back on H1.

If you have approved h1b peition, you are eligible to work in US on H1B for 6 yrs. If you have not used 6 yrs you can get your h1B for remaining years.

duration will depend upon some CIS calculations.

Your OPT is void if the H1b was approved as a COS from Oct 1st. You can have the H1b transferred to a new employer provided you have proof of the H1b approval. Look at several other posts.

You need to have an approved I797 with I-94 for company B to work for them after Oct 1st.

Remainder option is something that is not relevant to this case directly though applicable.

Can i work on my OPT and not take the H! which is effective from 1 oct.
my opt started from 3 july so can i work utilize all my 12 months of OPT rather than going for h1b in oct.

Y been told OPT is invalid if the H1b is approved as a Change of status. You have no choice but to be on H1.Is your h1b a COS?

Company A got my h1 but its very difficult for me to stay with them, I want to look for a job by going complelety on my OPT and can that other company file a new visa for me next year(fresh).

Educate yourself on what a COS is. It means a lot to be in legal status for you. You can forget about OPT if the H1b was approved as a COS. End of discussion.

I want to leave my job in company A now, H1 is effective from Oct 1. PLs give me suggestions about how should i move from here legally.
What paper work is required to transfer my H1 from him and me. Guide me so that i can go according to that.

Find a new H1b sponsor and transfer your H1b to that employer NOW!! That is the only way you could remain in valid status past Oct 1st. Until Oct 1st, you can remain on OPT and do nothing.
