Please advise me on 221g
Hi All,
I attended H1B interview in May. My consultant gave me an external project details without client letter. But the Visa Officer gave 221g blue form and asked for client letter and other company documents like wage reports, tax returns, employees list. In 221g form the visa officer ticked all options including internal project details, client letter.
But my consultant lost the contract and now they are not in position to provide the client letter. And the consultant informed me that they will change the project to internal project and they will provide the internal project details.
Can you please advise me that if it creates any problem in stamping because of changing external project to internal project? Did any one faced similar problem? I request your views on the same.
