Change of order of name in new passport and travel to India

Hi,

My name in the old passport is "VANGOOR DILIP KUMAR" and even my US Visa has
my name as follows:
Surname: VANGOOR DILIP KUMAR
Given name: FNU
I have a valid visa in my old passport with my previous employer till Sep
2009.

I have renewed my passport in Houston, Texas in March 2008 and the name in
my new passport is as follows, which is correct:
Surname: VANGOOR
Given name: DILIP KUMAR

I am carrying both the passports with me while travelling to India. Please advise on below questions:
1. Do I face any problem at the Port of Entry when i return back to USA?
2. What all documents do i need to carry in order to support myself
3. Should i go for stamping in India?

Please advise soon its very urgent, i am travelling to India on Aug 13th 2008.

Hi,

There should not be any problem as its just a name bifurcation. As there is no change in the name, you will not face any problem during your travel. However, please carry both the passpport during your travel.
