Could anyone please tell what is the procedure for taking break on H1 visa.
Right i am on opt, h1 approved. starts frm this oct, working as a fulltime employee. After my H1 start in oct, i should got ot india for few months 3-4 months or may be more than that to settle some of my issues in india, can i by any chance take a break for a while and get back to my work, just by resuming my h1 again !!! (can i pause and resume h1 status)...if so what is the procedure...pls..if this is not the way i shud do..cud any one pls tell me wht is the solutuion for my problem
