Hi,
Currently I am working as a consultant for Company X for almost 4 years now. I got another job offer from Company Y which is much better the Company X. My second round of H1 visa is expiring on Sept 2010. This new company Y told me that they will file my green card from July 2009.
Do you think is it too late to file for green card as my H1 will expires in 2010 and then I cannot renew it as I have to go out of the country for at least 1 year?
