Information Needed H4 to H1 status change

Hi there!

I have my H1 Visa approved, and I am getting married soon and entering US on H4 Visa. Will it be possible to change status?

My sponser company is not v big. That is also one of the reason, I am thinking to bypass this poocess of getting stamped in India. Will that be a problem again?
