wanting to work in the USA - Boston or NYC

Hi All
I am from the UK and would like to work in the USA. Please can anyone provide a list of companies that will sponsor foreign nationals for HB1. I have a Masters in Management combined with 10 years work experience.
Any advice much appreciated.
