Reg. H1 Transfer Issue[A->B->A]

Hi,

I'm on H1B with Company A now. Recently I started my H1 Transfer to Company B as "Extension of Status" and got the receipt no for the same. But now I want to stay with Company A itself for some good reasons. Have some queries in this regard.

1) Are there any chances for the company A to know about my H1 transfer to company B?

2) If the H1 transfer to company B is completed, would there be any issues if I don't join the company B and I work for the company A itself?

3) Is it possible even if my H1 transfer to B is denied, I can work with Company A?

Please clarify. Thank you.
