H1B visa expiring.Need help!

Hello,

My H1B is expiring sep 2008. I wanted to renew it either in mexico or canada but i dont have any visa slots availabe in those countries until october. I am wondering if i can still go after my visa expires with all the documents and get it stamped in mexico/canada or visit india before sep 30 (before visa expires) and get it stamped. I appreciate your help.

Do you have a renewal petition approved?

Yes, I have my H1B document which is valid until 2010

Then you dont need to get it stamped until you need to go out of the US. To re-enter you'll need to interview again. Hope you have a new I-94 with extended validity dates attached with the new approval.
