Get 221(g) form -- H4

Hi

Friends
At last week my wife give interview in US Consulate at Mumbai
and she got white form 221(g)

They need only one document "my Tax Return".
and my Tax return fill on Jan-2009. because I came US at April 2008
so currently I have no nay tax returns

What can i do for this ?

She should have made it clear during the interview. You can email them or wait until you file return.
